Details: The apartment is located in a private, small and peaceful closed area, with adult and children’s swimming poll, a green and pleasant garden, tennis court and a place for kids. The apartment is provided with an indoor private car parking. At the swimming pool you will find two private sun beds for private use of the apartment’s guests. The construction concept of the condominium allows the swimming pool to receive sunlight throughout the whole day.
The apartment is a two bedroom space, located on the second floor. A lift allows the access to the apartment, to the parking and also to all existing infrastructures.
There are two big rooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms have a small veranda.
There is a comfortable and big living room, with pool table, one double sofa-bed and one armchair. The living room has two big verandas, one of them with a fantastic view on to the garden, swimming pool and tennis court, which allow parents to have watch over their children whilst they enjoy the facilities. The veranda overlooking the garden is equipped with a barbeque and in the other there is a textile marine bed, recommended for end of day relaxing or for reading.
The kitchen is fully equipped (see equipment list). There are two bath rooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a pollivan.
The two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
We allow a maximum of 4 adult plus two kids.
Cleaning service is optional. We can provide daily service, twice per week or once a week Bed linen changes and towel changes, once per week..
