Details: Banyuls dels Aspres is a small, friendly village on a hill overlooking the Roussillon plain, 11 miles from the sea. The house is in a quiet street only a few yards from the village square with its bar, general store, bakers, tabac, hairdressers etc. Ground floor: comfortable seating with satellite TV, DVD with 100 films, many books, cassettes, telephone. Well-equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, 4-ring electric cooker. Ample dining area for 7 people. First floor: 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower, basin, w.c. and washing-machine. Separate second w.c. Second floor, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with shower & basin. 1 Cot. Top floor: Glass-house with second fridge & small stove. Spacious roof terrace with barbecue, outside seating, dining table and lighting. Sublime view along the Pyrenees and the coastline to the mountains beyond. High standards of decor, furnishings and equipment. Previous visitors are willing to give their assessment on request. Keys are sent to you in advance to allow access at any time.
