The villa has two bedrooms - one with high quality double bed which has access to a small balcony with outdoor seating. This balcony enjoys views out towards the sea. There is plenty of wardrobe space together with a built in wardrobe. There is a built in safe for your use.
The second bedroom has twin beds and built in wardrobes.
The family bathroom is light and airy.
There is a full size bath, power shower, bidet and w.c. The bathroom is fully tiled both floor and ceiling with high quality marble tiles.
The Living Room has large patio doors which lead out to the terrace. The living room is furnished to a very high standard. Satellite wide flat-screen t.v., dvd player with selection of dvd's to use during your stay. A CD player and CD's for your use. There is dining facilities also for 4 people.
The Kitchen is extremely well fitted with fitted oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a Solana area which houses the washing machine and also offers a drying area for washing.
There is also a downstairs family shower room and toilet.
The outside area has a walled private garden and a large sun terrace which is complete with sunbeds for 4 and a shaded dining area for 4 for dining 'al fresco'. The private swimming pool is also electrically heated and there is also an outside shower.
