Details: Villa Corbiere is an air-conditioned three bedroom villa with its own private heated pool in Guia, less than two miles from the centre of Albufeira and only a forty minute drive from Faro Airport. The property has recently been built and is not overlooked by any other villas. It has excellent views of the Algarve coast.
Accommodation consists of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The sitting room is tastefully furnished and there is an open log-burning fire for winter use. There is a television with digital satellite, a video player and stereo music system.
The villa has a mini office with a computer and internet/e-mail facilities and telephone.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the usual appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room.
The garden is full of mature shrubs and there is a very large patio area around the pool with a covered dining area with barbecue. The pool is heated and is 31x16 feet.
Linens and towels are provided although clients are asked to take their own towels for pool and beach use. There is maid service during the week. There is off road parking for at least three cars. The villa also has a safe.
There are a number of beautiful beaches and cliff top walks in the area and if you are keen golfers, there are some excellent golf courses within a ten to thirty minute drive. There is a large selection of restaurants a short walk away.
