Details: The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, excellent location since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
Our attractive holiday home has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century estate. The farmhouse, divided into one cottage ,La Baita ( 4+2 pax) and four apartments: Il Soppalco ( 7+2 pax),La Fontanina ( 2+3 pax), Il Carpano (3+2 pax), is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the left bank of the Arno river.
A large fenced garden w/swimming pool with a part for children surrounds the compound. All the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished and they have TV sat, their own heating system. Laundry room available for common use. BBQ.

The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval hamlet of Laterina. The lodgings enjoy countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo; they are also the ideal base for many excursions to all Central Italy. Firenze, Siena, Cortona, lake Trasimeno and Perugia are not so far away; since there are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany .The shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most famous Italian fashion brands : such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi, D&G…
The holiday complex of “Borgo Santa Maria in Valle “is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday all year long. In Tuscany, every season has its own charm.
The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Convenience stores, bank, pharmacy are in the nearest village ( 2.5 km).
Train station to go to Florence is 7 km fro the house with free parking , all our guests have appreciated this facility, since it has allowed them to visit Florecen ( even every day ) and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our house.

Raised ground floor apartment with its own entrance from private patio, equipped for eating outside. Entrance directly into a spacious sitting/dining room with double sofa bed, table and chairs, reading lamp, coffee table,separate fitted kitchen, large bedroom with double bed and one single bed.
