Details: Our accommodation has been created by the lovingly and painstaking renovation of a large XVII century farmhouse, placed on the left bank of the Arno river, near the ancient Sanctuary of Santa Maria in Valle, the origins of which date back to the late Middle Ages.
A few kilometres from the house is the ancient hamlet of Laterina with its perfectly preserved town centre and ancient castle, the scene of fierce battles fought between the Municipality of Arezzo and the Florentine Republic.
The farmhouse, divided into one cottage and four apartments, is located on the slopes of one of the many hills which make up the foothills of the high peaks of Pratomagno and which at this point gently descend towards the Arno Its position is particularly privileged since combines the peace and tranquillity of the place with the opportunity of making fast and easy trips to the most interesting art cities of central Italy, in Tuscany and Umbria.
The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.The house is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, where the swimming pool of 8 x 12 metres is situated, with a part for children (3x3 metres). The apartments have been tastefully finished and furnished in the old Tuscan style. You will find oak beams ceilings, red terracotta floors and iron beds… They are all provided with satellite TV. From the dining /sitting room a wooden staircase takes to the upper room ( very spacious) with three single beds,( in this room is possible to add one or two cots and there is still space to move around.

Rates / Pricing Information: The location cost include: initial cleaning, use of electricity, hot and cold water, bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen linens, cooking gas.
It doesn't include, caution deposit (€150 to be paid on the arrival and given back of the departure) final clening €16 per person, heating € 4,00 per m3.
We can also offer free reservation for the most important Museums.
What the guests find at their arrival:
Mineral water in the refrigerator, a small supply of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, winegar, our olive oil, if we know that children are in the party we make sure there is also milk.
Small supply of dish detergent, kitchen, detergent, bathroom detergent,
Sponges and dish brush. Toilet paper.
This is to help them and not to compel them to rush out to do shopping if they do not want.
