Downstairs Large fully equipped farmhouse kitchen (cooker / larder fridge / dishwasher, washing machine). Large, comfortable sitting room with woodburner. Bathroom with shower & wc.

Upstairs One huge bedroom with views and 2 others (front & back views).
Sole use of private, 10 x 5m heated pool, orchard, and garden to rear. Private front yard with spacious loggia for al fresco dining. Fenced all round. Suitable for summer or winter (skiing) holidays.
