Details: Five minutes walk/drive from Hay-on-Wye, Herefordshire, a town famous for its bookshops. In beautiful rural location on banks of river Wye, overlooking the Warren. Secluded and approx. 1 mile drive from main road, with several acres of private garden and woods.
Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. 1 double with en-suite bathroom, 2 twins and 1 double with shared bathroom; all with river views. Playroom,with sofa bed, shower room, utility room. Kitchen with large din/ing table and sitting room with open fire; both with river views. Outdoor dining table and chairs overlooking river.
Night storage heating and radiators. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 1 with freezer, electric cooker and kitchen appliances. TV and hi-fi. Linen and towels can be provided. Electricity, and cleaning on departure included in rent,rubbish and bottles must be taken on departure.
Pets welcome. Small children inadvisable because of river.
Excellent for walking, swimming, canoeing, pony-trekking, climbing, picnicking, painting and all rural occupations.
