Details: Beachwood Apartment is a new first floor apartment set in tropical gardens on the Selwo Hills complex Estepona. Centrally located on the New Golden Mile between Marbella and Estepona. Well appointed between the sea and mountains within easy reach of beaches, towns, marinas and nightlife.

Selwo Hills complex is a small private development that is gated and secure. There is an underground car park with direct lift access to the apartment so no struggling with heavy suitcases. The complex benefits from a full size pool, sun beds, sauna and gym.

This spacious and stylish apartment is air-conditioned and beautifully furnished fully equipped to meet all your needs. There are two terraces one overlooking the pool where you can privately sunbathe or dine al-fresco enjoying the relaxed life style of the Costa Del Sol.

The apartment offers Air-Conditioning and Heating for those off-season breaks.
As you enter the apartment the rooms lead off both sides of the hallway, which is light and spacious. The open plan lounge provides a welcoming relaxed atmosphere with subtle lighting leather sofas, coffee table TV, music centre and DVD player, and dining area. The patio doors lead onto the main terrace.
The large main terrace has comfortable sun loungers, recliners and benefits from full sunshine, ideal for private sunbathing.
The Master bedroom has a King Size Bed, fitted Robes, dressing table and dressing area. A Patio door leads onto the main terrace. There is an en-suite bathroom that has a vanity unit, a bath and separate shower cubicle.
The Guest Bedroom has twin beds, lots of wardrobe space the window overlooks the smaller terrace.
The second Guest Bathroom has a bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a utility room, washing machine, and dishwasher. The patio door leads onto the smaller terrace, which overlooks the tropical gardens, mountains and pool. The pool and gardens are illuminated at night.

Beachwood apartment is our second home and we have tried to make it both welcoming and stylish offering a little luxury with everything necessary for you to have an enjoyable stay.

Beachwood has a sister apartment which offers the same high level of comfort and would be ideal for families who require the independence of separate accomodation but travel together.
