The old winemaking barn, the walls are very thick, therefore keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter months.This room used toh house the oak barrels on stone troughs
This 17th Century winemaking has been converted to maintain most of the original features including the oak beams.
Yet keeps you in this century with the addtion of tv. video and hifi.
Details: Soleil is our dream and we have endeavoured to retain the charm and character of this old wine making barn. The original beams throughout lend to the history and charm of Soleil. The huge lounge/dining room is beautifully furnished and has TV and videos, hi-fi and cd’s, plus books and games for all ages.
The semi-circular kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences and we have retained the original wine press and stone flagged floor where one can see the footprint depressions of the wine press operators.
All the bedrooms are very comfortable, the family room having a double bed and bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and a third bathroom is next to the third bedroom.
French doors lead from the foyer (where there is a downstairs toilet) to your own private patio area complete with garden furniture and barbeque.
Cot, highchair and pushchair are available
In the top garden there is the swimming pool with tables chairs, sun loungers, childrens play area with swings, toddlers slide and other play equipment. There are many fruits trees and shrubs which we ask our guests to sample.
We also offer aeroplane flights over the romantic Loire area.
