Details: This magnificent old watermill is located in the beautiful countryside of the Midi Pyrenees. The Moulin is set in 5 acres of land including a fishing lake, canal and the property is set alongside the River Save. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area – deer, red squirrels, buzzards, falcons to name just a few. It is an ideal spot for nature lovers and fishermen.
There is a barbecue area for al fresco dining, swimming pool and picnic tables in the wooded area near the river. The property lies in a valley at the foot of a small picturesque village with fantastic views of the Pyrenees and is surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots of places to walk or cycle if you are feeling more energetic.
All the gites have views over the canal and lake with distant views of the Pyrenees, where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the magnificent sunsets. A tranquil place where you can totally relax.
Gite 2
Situated on the 1st floor this 1 family bedroom apartment is ideally suited for a couple or a couple with 2 or 3 children. The open plan kitchen/living room has direct views over the canal and lake and distant views of the Pyrenees and features the original ornate warning bell for the old Moulin.
