Situated on the borders of the Creuse and the Haute Vienne. It is a typically Creusoise former farm labourer’s cottage and has been recently renovated to provide basic but comfortable accommodation for two people. The cottage is small and compact but it an ideal base for house hunting or holidaying. The accommodation comprises a tastefully decorated twin bedroom with shower room. A living room with views over a beautiful wooded valley. The living is equipped with a T.V., video, (a selection of videos are available, CD and cassette player. The cosy kitchen-diner has a fridge, gas cooker, coffee-making machine, kettle, toaster and wood-burning stove. The use of a washing machine is available. The front door leads out on to a terrace, which is shared but has its own table and chairs.
