Superior hand painted kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and full size fridge/freezer. Spacious dining area and very comfortable sitting room with abundance of videos and dvds. Three large bedrooms - one with Kingsize bed. Family bathroom and downstairs shower room. Full size cot available and plenty of child equipment and toys - even ready made playmates Lucy and Harry! Beautiful pool ( fenced) with teak decked area within the large walled garden. Safe environment for children - sandpit, paddling pool and swings etc. House has its own private garden with bbq and teak steamer chairs.
Resident owners always on hand if needed but happy to leave you alone by the pool with a glass of wine!
Excellent base for exploring with beaches and La Rochelle, Cognac , stunning islands under an hour away.
