Details: Lavande de Meric is a large ancient farmhouse, with a wealth of oak beams and stone walls and has been renovated to a very high standard. It offers two well equipped cottages for rental and has a large fenced (12mx6m) swimming pool, surrounded by lawns and gardens. Guests can relax around the pool in the chairs and loungers provided and there are sunshades for those wishing to keep out of the sun.
Lavande de Meric is situated in the south west of France, in the heart of the beautiful Lot et Garonne. It rests in a peaceful valley surrounded by fields of sunflowers and vineyards and is set in its own land, which accommodates horses, ducks and other animals.
Close by is the small Roman town of Sainte Livrade on the river Lot and a further 8kms along the river is the bastide town of Villeneuve sur Lot with its pavement cafes, restaurants and shops.
Le Chai has a large comfrotable lounge, including a sofa bed. The dinning area has a panoramic view across the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a shower room with a seperate w.c.
Upstairs there is a large sunny landing with glorious views, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom lead off from this.
Outside there is a terrace with an attractive Pergola, table, chairs and a BBQ.
