Details: Set in the heart of the French countryside is the hamlet of Nabirat. Nabirat enjoys a slow pace of life and a part from the sound of the traditional church bells, life is very quiet.

In the heart of Nabirat, is the local bar/tabac where hot and cold lunch time snacks are served.

Le Bourg, situated in the heart of Nabirat, consists of spacious accommodation and is a split level property. Downstairs is a comfortable open plan lounge/dining area, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, including the use of a washing machine.

The upper floor leads directly to the quiet open garden at the rear of Le Bourg, which enjoys full sunshine all morning, before moving onto the front of the property.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and two twin rooms along with a newly refurbished shower room and separate toilet.

Garden furniture, a barbeque and 5 mountain bikes are available for your enjoyment.
