Details: La Glycine contains a living/dining room with a wood burning stove and a kitchen area. Comfortably furnished with a large sofa, bouncy armchair, coffee tables, rug and TV, DVD, CD player, dining table and chairs to seat 4. The kitchen corner contains an electric cooker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all necessary pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils. The spacious master bedroom is on a mezzanine floor in the converted loft (grenier) and has a vaulted ceiling with exposed ancient oak beams, bedside tables with lamps, a set of drawers, clothes hanging area and, an ensuite shower room with wc and basin. The twin bedded room is downstairs, accessed by a couple of steps down from the living room. It has a set of drawers with bedside lamps, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, wc, basin and bidet.
We have a collection of DVDs, books and indoor games for less clement weather as well as outdoor games including a boules pitch planned for this summer. 2 ladies shopper bikes are also available for guests free of charge. A reasonable daily or weekly rate is charged for the hire of 2 all terrrain bikes. The gites are set in a large garden with plenty of grassed area for sunbathing as well as a large field for table tennis, swings, boules pitch, a unique wendy house and general games. Outside each gite there is a paved patio area separated by trellis fencing for privacy with a BBQ and a wooden picnic table with parasol. The property is not totally enclosed, therefore young children would need to be supervised

Rates / Pricing Information: Changeover days are Saturday, flexible off season. Oct to April £25pw winter fuel charge added, otherwise fully inclusive of utilities, bedding, linen, tea towels, towels (only if requested)and all cleaning/washing material - all you need to buy is food, drink and personal toiletries. For long or short off season lets, please contact us.
