Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room in the west wing and two further twin bedrooms and one smaller double bedroom sharing a separate shower room and WC The living/dining room is very spacious with a ceiling fan and French doors lead from this to a covered terrace and the pool area. The villa has satellite television and clients are asked to bring their own Sky card. There is a video player, DVD player and music centre. There is a large open fireplace for the colder winter months. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher amongst its appliances. A door leads out onto the large terrace which has a built-in barbecue, ideal for eating al fresco. The pool area is absolutely stunning and set in established gardens that enjoy areas of seclusion. The lawned gardens surrounding the villa also have areas for sunbathing and natural shade from mature trees. The villa is set in a quiet residential area so is ideal for peace and relaxation yet a short walk away from Praia da Oura’s Strip. Here you can find a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. The beach is a short walk away with a multitude of water sports available. Albufeira and its beautiful Old Town is a short five minute drive or a brisk stroll away Linen and towels are provided although clients are requested to take their own beach towels.
