Details: The estate lies amidst the Chianti hills, immersed in absolute tranquillity and set in a particularly prestigious geographic location, rich in flora and fauna, conveniently central to artistic towns of fundamental architectonic and historical importance, such as Florence, 35 km away, Sienna, 20 km away, San Gimignano, 7 km away, Volterra, 40 km away and Certaldo, 4 km away, with the seaside at a distance of just 75 km. It is possible to visit several small mediaeval villages in the immediate vicinity, including Sant Appiano with its Parish church, Barberino, Linari and Poggibonsi with its newly renovated fort.
The nearest town is 3 km away and offers a complete range of facilities: shopping centre, cinema, pub and gyms, railway station, bus station, taxi rank etc. The farm comprises a main building divided into four apartments, one of which is the home of the owners, each with its own private entrance. It is also possible to book individual rooms with their own bathroom and private entrance. The apartments are furnished in typical Tuscan style.
It is surrounded by a large garden offering an extensive view of the valley and neighbouring woods. There is a large swimming pool (7x14 m) with interior steps and waterfall, connected to a children’s pool (3x4 m) with whirlpool. Garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue are available. The ground floor features a large dining room with an open fireplace and a bar, where guests can eat breakfast and dinner by request, enjoying characteristic regional dishes made from natural ingredients produced on the farm, such as oil, wine, meat, salami, preserves in oil, jams, etc.
