Two single folding beds can be used in the lounge or in either of the upstair bedrooms. Washing machine. Master bedroom: large room, King size bed, fully furnished, private furnished balcony. 2nd bedroom: large twin bedded room, fully furnished. 3rd bedroom: twin bedded room, fully furnished Shower room on ground floor. Main bathroom: bath with shower over, toilet, vanity unit and bidet on first floor. Large solarium accessed from internal marble staircase: sea view, loungers, table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue. Outside the house has terrace on two sides with table, seating and BBQ. Views over the pool and garden. Baby equipment for hire separately. Periods Available Long Term Rental, Monthly, Weekly Rates / Pricing Information: Prices range from £275pw to £425pw. Additional cleaning charge of €70 payable to keyholder on arrival. Bookings usually run Saturday to Saturday but alternative days will be accommodated if availability allows. £100 deposit to secure booking, full payment 8 weeks before commencement of stay.
