Details: Located on the ground floor and on the first floor of a recently restored country house, GIACINTO is a comfortable and carefully furnished apartment. The wooden furniture enhance the original materials, typical of the Tuscan tradition: bricktile floors and raftered ceilings go along well with the warmth of the wood and the wrought iron. A wonderful view on the valley and the surrounding hills are the perfect frame for a pleasant stay. The apartment is made up of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living-room and a kitchen. It is equipped with satellite tv, microwave, safe, washing-machine, dish-washer, iron, ironing board.

Rates / Pricing Information: To reserve it is required a deposit of 30%, reimbursable but not in the three months before the date of arrival.
Upon arrival it is requested to leave a deposit of 150 euro for losses and damages that will be refunded upon departure.
