Details: This newly built complex located in Altinkum on the Southern Agean coast, is ideal for couples and families of all ages and has excellent facilities and beaches close by.It has a large pool and a shallow pool for children. There is a bar and poolside restaurant serving snacks and 3 course meals throughout the day and evening. It also has SKY™ TV.
There is a free bus service providing easy access to each of the beaches in Altinkum.
Ground floor apartment overlooking the communal gardens.It is a spacious 1 bedroom property which comfortably sleeps 4 people although can accommodate up to 6.

The apartment has 1 large twin-bedded room, a spacious bathroom and entrance hall and an open-plankitchen/living room. There are two sofa beds in the living area which can accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment also benifits from a large balcony with a table and 6 chairs.
The apartment is fitted with air conditoning and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort.
The well equipped kitchen has everything necessary for an enjoyable stay including a cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle and iron. There is also a washing machine.

There will be a maid service/linen change each week. If you require extra cleaning, this will
be at an extra cost to yourselves. Please let us know and we can arrange this for you.

A refundable deposit of £150 is required on booking to cover any loss or damage.
