It has two entrances one for pedestrians and one for cars. The flat is on two floors, one for the garage in the basement, , and the ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a bathoroom, an indipendent kitchen and a bedroom; besides there is a mezzanine with a large bedroom and an indipendent bathroom.

At sight view you can admire the renowned town of Taormina within 20 minutes by car and, in the background, the most acitve volcano of Europe, Mt. Etna. Whether you are fond of nature, art or old civilization you will find the right place to stay, at the very centre of the Eastern coast of Sicily, between Syracuse and Messina, very close to Baroque valley and in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea.
Even for relaxation the flat is perfect because just nearby you have two supermarkets, three restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a post office, a nwesagents, butcher's, tabacconist's, the bus stop though living in a small village with a beautiful seashore which stretches for many kilometres ahead.
