Details: Dolphin Villa Florida at Silver Creek on HW27 is located at the end of a very quiet cul de sac. The pool area has views of the Woodland reserve and is only overlooked on one side. From the pooldeck you can see the Disney fireworks over the treetops only 6 miles away.
The large garden space to the side can be used for games,football etc.The games room located in garage has pool table, table tennis, eletronic darts and 10-1 games table with fuse ball and air hockey. Guests have free use of our baby equipment inc high chair, travel cot and stroller.There is cable TV in every room and use of several DVD players.
Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room our luxuary home Dolphin Villa Florida can be your perfect vacation retreat.
Close to the main attractions of the Walt Disney World resort, idealy located for the other main attraction off I4 and minutes from the US192 with its many fine resturants and amusments.
The main lounge has cable TV, DVD/VCR and a Hi-Fi. It has a large 3 seater sofa which converts to a queen size sleeper. The main lounge also has a single seater and twin sofa to relax with a choice of DVD's after a long day at the parks. There is a telephone available which you can make FREE international, long distance and local calls during your stay.
Our home has 5 bedrooms, the two master bedrooms have Queen size beds with ensuite and cable TV/DVD. The two twin rooms have cable 14" TV and share the main bathroom that also leads to the pool area. Finally the 5th room has a double sofabed, cable TV and PS 2 so it can be a second TV room or bedroom.The home is able to sleeps 12 max.
The Kitchen is fully equiped with cutlery, glassware and crockery. If you choose to cook there is a 4 ring hob. oven, grill and microwave.The kitchen table sits 4 and breakfast bar sits 2. The formal dining area seats six, but the table can be extended. Upgraded Pool side furniture is provided, including dining area for 6 under the outside light/fan and two loungers. At night from the floodlit pool you can see the Disney fireworks over the treetops.
FREE International, national & local calls are available during your stay! If you bring your own laptop you can access the internet for free. Look out for updates as we are adding a internet PC later this year.
The area has plenty of good resturants and if you like to cook there is a local Winn Dixie at the entrane to the community or 1/2 mile down the road there is a new Super Wal Mart store.
The Cagans Crossing community has an old style shopping area and plenty of beautiful resturants to eat in.
The Champions Gate shopping mall is only 3 miles from our home and our property manager is also located there. There are a choice of fine resturants or take away inc Mc Donlads and Sub Way.
