There is a patio table and chairs plus bbq for alfresco dining. The patio doors from the lounge and kitchen open directly onto th is area. Lovely views over the valley.
The cottage is located in a quiet tranquil backdrop, ideal for anyone wanting to get away from it all. If you paint or write this will inspire you!
It has a spacious open plan lounge area full of character with exposed walls, open granite fireplace and wooden beams. Television available for watching videos and dvds - provided.
It has a large farmhouse dining table next to the open plan kitchen. High chair or booster seat available for children - please book in advance.
The kitchen is an airy openplan kitchen with a breakfast bar, oven, frige/freezer, washing machine,microwave, storage shelves and units. Fully equipped with all pots, pans, cutlery, plates etc. Patio doors open onto the terrace and views.
Bedroom 1 - a double with single bed also.
A large room with beautiful views, exposed brickwork. It has a double and single bed. Lots of storage. Linen and towels are included in the rental price or you can bring your own and benefit from a discount - please ask for details.

Another spacious room with a double bed and a single bed. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet. Lovely views over the valley.
It has a downstairs shower room and separate toilet. There is a 2nd lounge on the mezzanine floor. The garden is to the side and rear of the property ideal for sitting in or playing games. No roads nearby.
The beaches are approx 20 mins drive away and from Granville you can visit Jersey or Guernsey on a day boat trip. Many miles of golden beache on the same stretch of coast ranging from deserted to brimming with life.
Mont St Michel is only 30 mins drive away and is a must for a visit - open 363 days a year.

Rates / Pricing Information: Rental includes all linen for upto 6 persons, gas for cooking and heating. Electricity is charged at 10 cents per unit to avoid wastage. Logs are £20 per week. Towels are available at no extra cost .
Changeover day is totally flexible. We also provide daily rental out of season and long term rental September to April, rates are £25 per night or long term @ £85 per week plus bills for gas, water, wood and electricity.
A security deposit of £100 is payable prior to your arrival to be held against loss/breakages, key return, electricity use,and logs.
