Details: Welcome to Chip and Dale’s Florida villa! Our home offers you everything you could wish for..…. this stunning, spacious four bedroom/three bathroom villa is located in a quiet residential development off Highway 27, within a few minutes' drive of both the 192 and the I-4 main routes. We are a 15 minute drive from Disney and supermarkets, restaurants and several world class golf courses are also nearby. Beautiful beaches are accessible on both the Gulf and the atlantic coasts. Orlando international airport is 30 minutes away, whilst Sanford and Tampa are just over an hour’s drive. The development itself is peacefully surrounded by orange groves and a conservation area.
Westridge is a friendly community offering the use of a fully equipped recreation area with a swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, a volley ball court, a basket ball court and a children’s play area.
The home itself is fully furnished, air conditioned and carpeted throughout and sleeps up to 8 (and an infant) in comfort. A cot, highchair and stroller are included for our younger guests.
To the right of the grand entrance of the house is a formal dining room and a formal living room directly in front, opening onto the spacious pool and entertainment area. This consists of a completely screened, oversized and heated south- facing swmming pool and furnished, large patio. Although sunny all day long, the covered patio also provides ample shade. Barbecues may be enjoyed alongside the lanai.
The luxurious master suite comprises a king size bed, remote controlled cable television, second telephone and hairdryer. The spacious ensuite bathroom contains a large roman bath, separate walk-in shower and twin vanity basins. This suite also opens directly onto the pool area.
The second double bedroom is opposite another bathroom with shower facilities, which is also accessed from the swimming area.
The remaining two bedrooms both have two single beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets and ample drawer space. All bed linen and towels are provided for our guests’ use.
The bright and spacious family room, which also opens onto the pool area through secure patio doors, is equipped with a flat screen TV, a dvd player, a music centre and a playstation. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a full sized cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher and garbage disposal. All crockery and cutlery are also provided.
The breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and family room, allowing you to enjoy the pool views whilst waking up with a coffee! The telephone enables guests to receive calls and local outgoing calls are free.
The separate utility room provides a full sized washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, for those who simply can’t resist! The utility room opens into the double garage.
