In the tranquil village of Cissey, just 5kms from Beaune, this charming 19th century family house has been converted to create 4 unique apartments. Each has been tastefully furnished to provide every comfort and convenience for your stay.
The spacious open-plan living areas all enjoy comfortable seating around an open fireplace with TV, DVD and CD players. Each has dining space for 4 people as well as areas for outdoor dining, and a fully equipped kitchen which includes, multi-function oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher. There is also a shared washer/dryer for the four apartments.
All the double bedrooms have been charmingly furnished and are fully en-suite
with large showers.
Facilities: Outdoor dining space, shared use of gardens, swimming pool, bar-b-que and pic-nic area, bicycles, tennis rackets (free use of outdoor, floodlit courts at 1km)

Only 5kms from Beaune, Pommard and Meursault, the charming village of Cissey enjoys the best of many worlds; the history and daily bustle of a beautiful medieval market town, the grandeur of the world famous Burgundy vineyards and the peace and tranquility of its own French rural life.
Dominique arrives at 8am each morning with fresh bread and groceries. He owns the general store and lively bar in the next village at Merceuil, 1km down the road. Floodlit outdoor tennis courts, boules pitches, a basket ball court, a football pitch are also available in Merceuil with golf, fishing and horse riding a further 2kms.
It is impossible to explore the entire region of Burgundy in one holiday, but in one short trip you will at least appreciate the abundance and richness of the heritage here.
Nearby Beaune is the pride of the region and a very popular centre for exploring Burgundy. The medieval town with its narrow lanes and quiet courtyards is well preserved within the 15th century ramparts. There are more than 50 restaurants within the town and on Saturday mornings it bustles with the large farmers’ market and antique stalls.
The wine region around Beaune is a year round destination, with many wine and food festivals taking place in Autumn and Winter.
