Well located for the beautiful local sandy beaches of le Morge and Casalbordino Lido and within easy reach of Vasto, Lanciano, Lake Bomba, the Trabocchi coast, Lake Bomba and the National Parks of Abruzzo. The house has a lovely large sun terrace on the first floor with views over the vineyards to the Adriatic sea. Good base for daily ski trips to Passo Lanciano and other resorts. The house has a new modern well equipped kitchen and is nicely furnished and equipped throughout. The character shower room is modern but with vaulted ceilings. The living room has beautiful marble floor which leads outside to the balcony and terrace. The terrace is ideal for dining. There is also a patio area at the front of the house which gives an alternative spot for eating al fresco. Periods Available Daily, Long Term Rental, Monthly, Weekly Rates / Pricing Information: Mar-Oct £500 Service Charge covering utilities, linen & towels, heating and local welcome pack £50. £100 Security Deposit for major breakages.
