The beamed kitchen diner is fully equiped with all those "mod cons" to make your holiday just that little bit easier. And there is, of course, a large selection of games, books and puzzles, as well as videos, should there be an inclement day! Less than 10 minutes easy level walk to the beach, takes you along the town's babbling brook and through the lovely gardens of The Lawn. There are 3 beaches to choose from in Dawlish - the Town beach, Boat Cove & Coryton Cove. Just a short walk along the main beach, is Dawlish Warren's 2 mile long beach and it's famous Nature Reserve.
