There is a another living room area on the mezzanine floor with 2 double sofabeds to accommodate extra guests.A large pool, covered and open terrace area for sunbathing. The pool and outside area are well lit and the pool is alarmed so that it complies with safety regulations.There are sunbeds, swing and barbecue. The property is set in half an acre safely fenced-in. "Mignon" is a designated "viewpoint" area with stunning views across the valley to Duras. The charming house has many exposed beams and stonework.Linen, towels, baby sitting, cots, high chairs are provided by our manager by arrangement
