We are only 2km from our local village of Plumaudan with its bakery, shop, pharmacy and two traditional Breton bars where you can chat to the locals. Within 30 minutes drive you could be enjoying sandy beaches with great water sports, golf, cycling, walking and horse riding this holiday can be as relaxed or active as you wish!

Lounge benefits from large open fire place with English satellite TV and DVD player. Also dining area for 6 people.
Bathrooms one large family bathroom on the 2nd floor comprising of twin marble sinks corner shower and bath. An en-suite also with full corner shower and a separate cloakroom on the ground floor.
Games Room, Playstation2, dartboard and various other board games in the air conditioned loft room. Bicycles can be hired on request.
The home is centrally heated and doubled glazed throughout so ideal for out of season lets, plenty of garden space (the property has it's own small orchard!) a cot and highchair are provided free of charge. Plenty of car parking. Private Swimming Pool & paddling pool in main courtyard south facing - gazebo for those who prefer the shade!
