Rates / Pricing Information: Rates in both £ Sterling & $ US Dollars
The rates are per week & prices are inclusive of Local Taxes and Cleaning.
Bookings of 5 nights or less incur a surcharge of £45/$85 to cover the cleaning costs. Bookings over 5 nights, this charge is absorbed.
A non-refundable deposit of $50/$100/10% is required to secure a confirmed reservation. The balance should be paid by 60 days before arrival.
A security deposit of $250 is required on Check In, and returned at the end of the vacation if o damage is found after the Inventory Check.
