Our lovely semi-detached 3 bedroom villa is located in the beautiful quiet resort of Calis Beach, with 4km of beach and the beautiful Mediterranean sea, this is reported to be one of the best spots to relax with a beer and watch the sun go down, as well as it's great weather throughout the year and a cool breeze this resort offers numerous restaurants, bars and shopping, the villa itself is in a peaceful location only a short walk from the beach with landscaped gardens, a large communal pool, as well as a children's pool for your enjoyment.

The local Supermarket with an outside cafe and restaurant is only a few minutes walk from the villa. You can catch the passing Dolmus (small mini bus) just up the road to Calis main town itself with a long sand/shingle beach and promenade filled with shops & restaurants as well as hotels and various entertainments. Or if your feeling energetic and it's not to hot the town is within easy walking distance from the villa.
Catch the Dolmus the other way to reach the large busy market town of Fethiye or the river taxi from Calis takes you 30 mins into Fethiye port area highly recommended and all for just £1- the best way to travel!
We also have a Water Park within walking distance, All water sports, boating trips, fishing, Scuba Diving (some of the most beautiful in the med) & Snokleing, Paragliding, Quad Bikes, Turkish Baths, restaurants are plentiful - Excursions

Small deposit of £100 required at time of booking with full balance due 12 weeks before (a secruity deposit of £100pw is also required 12 weeks before but this is refundable)
