Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Cosy, typical Breton cottage, quietly but conveniently located, in the village of St Nicolas du Pelem and only 75 minutes drive from St Malo or Roscoff.
Cottage sleeps 4 people comfortably, plus baby if required. There are small enclosed, well fenced front/rear gardens. The rear garden is a real sun trap with barbecue and patio furniture. There are primrose edged steps leading to a small lawned area. The lounge is large with beams, and has a combined kitchen/dining area with corner kitchen and is fully equipped for a comfortable, relaxing visit. There is electric heating in all rooms, and also a log burning fireplace. There is a shower room and utility room, and the bedroom (which is quite spacious) has a double bed and two singles, and could also accommodate a cot if necessary. A cot is available on request, plus child's booster seat/highchair. There is also a PS1, Super Nintendo and video if you have children who like to play these games.

How to get here: ROUTE FROM ST MALO
Follow Toutes Directions. At the roundabout carry on following Toutes Directions. Follow signs for Rennes/Dinard (D301). Do not turn right at the roundabout - go straight ahead. Follow the signs for Dol, Dinan and Rennes. After three quarters of a mile, take a right turn (N137). After 10 miles, turn right on to the N176 - Dinan and St Brieuc (E401).
After 53 1/2 miles, you will see signs for the D10, signed Quimper and Quintin, follow the signs for Quintin. After 59 miles at the big roundabout, turn left on to the D700 signed Quintin.
Head for Quintin/Quimper/Rostrenen. After 62 miles you will come to the D790. Go through Corlay. After 80 miles turn right at the sign for St Nicolas du Pelem and follow the road into the village centre. Bear right before the church up a narrow lane. Go through the centre of the village. When you come to the crossroads, go straight ahead and the cottage can be found after 100 metres on the right. (In all, the journey should take approx 80 miles.
