Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: A self-contained apartment in a beautiful georgian terrace skirting Calton Hill. This property has been awarded four stars by the Scottish Tourist Board and is situated to the east end of Princes Street which is a short walk away.
Large living/dining room with dining alcove, sitting area, CD player, television and DVD Player, gas fire and pay-phone;
Double bedroom of generous proportions - ample cupboard space;
Triple bedroom with three single beds (We can also provide a fold-up bed or cot on request.)
Kitchen newly installed and equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, micro-wave oven, toaster, crockery and refrigerator. An alcove off it houses the washing machine. There is a tumble drier. A small table offers space for informal dining.
Bathroom with bath and electric shower.
Gas central heating, electricity and bed linen are included in the rental price. Four hour ticketed parking is available outside the property at £1 per hour between 8.30 and 5.30 p.m. on weekdays - public holidays and weekends are free. Parking within and outside the metered zone is always available.

How to get here: From Princes Street continue in to Waterloo Place and then in to Regent Road. Just beyond St. Andrew's House and the Old Royal High School building on the left hand side turn into Regent Terrace. If coming by car turning left into Regent Terrace is not permitted - so continue to the traffic lights, turn left into Calton Brae and left again into Calton Terrace which in turn becomes Regent Terrace.
