Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: This is a recently built luxury four-bed villa with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite) fully furnished. This luxury home comes complete with Cable TV, DVD, Video and Hi-Fi. There is also a separate formal dining area incorporated into the main living room, a kitchen nook is available for less formal meals.
Air-conditioning, private pool, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, iron, fridge-freezer with built-in ice maker, waste disposal, separate microwave oven,rice maker, Telephone with credit card calls, 4 cable TVs 2 DVD's, and video, Hi-Fi, 3 hairdryers, BBQ, double garage.
The gas-heated pool is fully screened and fully fenced for complete privacy, with a large sundeck. The deck can be reached from 3 areas of the villa and is fully furnished with padded sun beds, seats and patio table to accommodate eight people.
Tree lined walks lead to the community tennis facilities - perfect for working up an appetite.
Enjoy a day away from the parks with the kids in this safe and sandy play area for the children staying at Indian Creek. With sling-swings, a slide, climbing frame and hang-bars - the kids will enjoy every minute. Note - all facilities are un-supervised. Adults must accompany children at all times.
