Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Our villa is on the Florida Pines community in the heart of Florida’s fun capital, Orlando. Just 10-15 minutes from Disney World and 20-25 minutes from Seaworld and the Universal attractions. There are also a number of top quality golf courses within a ten-minute drive. Top quality beaches such as Cocoa, Daytona, St Petersburg and Clearwater are only an hour drive away.
The villa is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, and fully air-conditioned property with its own private, screened pool. The accommodation consists of two Queen size Master en-suites with walk in closets and two twin rooms that share an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have 60-channel cable TV and radio alarm clocks. The twin rooms have an additional benefit of a playstation 2 in each. There are a number of games available but please feel free to bring your own. The family room is fully equipped for your entertainment with DVD, Hi-Fi and 60-channel Cable TV. The pool-deck is on the Western side of the property and is sun-soaked for most of the day. However, there is a shaded area (covered Lanai) for those who need a break from the sun during the day and for those who like to swim at night the pool has underwater lighting (no cost). There are full washing and drying facilities in the garage so you only need to bring the minimum amount of clothing, leaving plenty of space in your cases for presents and souvenirs.
We have a local management company available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week should you require any assistance, and we are sure the luxury and independence the villa will provide will give you the base for a holiday of a lifetime.

How to get here: If you are travelling from either Sandford or Orlando International Airport (MCO) then we suggest you take the 417 South. This is a toll road ($2.00/toll) so have some dollar bills or better still Quarters (25c) ready, correct change enables you to use the auto kiosks. Follow the 417 until you reach the I4. Follow I4 South (sign posted Tampa) to junction 55, US27.
Alternatively if you are travelling from Tampa Airport then take the I4 East to junction 55, US27.
Take US27 North for approximately 2 miles. Keep a look out for Calabray Parc on your left as this is the communty just south of Florida Pines. Florida Pines will be the next community on your left. We find it more convenient to drive past the main entrance and enter the community via Central Grove Road. Pinedale Drive is first left, go straight over the cross-roads (Pine Cone Drive) and our villa is the second on the right. We would suggest you use the Central Grove Road exit when you visit the attractions etc as this route allows you to turn left and right (north & south) out of the community, whereas you have to turn right (south) out of the main entrance.
