Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Studio Rose is a compact, split level studio cottage in fashionable loft-style. It has been created in part of the former stables at Le Clos des Sandboys and is specially designed with couples & singles in mind, though it could accommodate a small family (2 + 1).
The light and airy open plan accommodation is based on one main living area, open to the roof beams, with a staircase to a mezzanine “balcony” overhanging the ground floor. The double bed on this level is equipped with twin individually electrically adjustable mattresses.
There is a modern “wet room” style bathroom, where a double size shower with 2 shower heads and multiple adjustable jets means one person can luxuriate, or 2 people can share!
The living room is decorated with original modern art and furnished with comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped compact kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and even a dishwasher.
Entertainment facilities include UK digital TV and radio channels, a DVD player, board games, cards, and a selection of English books. Studio Rose is fully insulated and equipped for comfort with an efficient heating system for winter visitors.
There is a garden and sun terrace (shared two other cottages). Barbecues, outdoor tables and garden furniture are provided for all guests.
