Located in a residential street just a five minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of St Jean d'Angély. After a hectic day on the beach or sightseeing why not stroll into town for a meal and sample the local beer or wine without the hassle of driving.
The house was built in the 1950's and has the feel of an old fashioned seaside villa but with all of the benefits of modern-day living.
