Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: La Glycine contains a living/dining room with a wood burning stove and a kitchen area. Comfortably furnished with a large sofa, bouncy armchair, coffee tables, rug and TV, DVD, CD player, dining table and chairs to seat 4. The kitchen corner contains an electric cooker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all necessary pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils. The spacious master bedroom is on a mezzanine floor in the converted loft (grenier) and has a vaulted ceiling with exposed ancient oak beams, bedside tables with lamps, a set of drawers, clothes hanging area and, an ensuite shower room with wc and basin. The twin bedded room is downstairs, accessed by a couple of steps down from the living room. It has a set of drawers with bedside lamps, a wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, wc, basin and bidet.
We have a collection of DVDs, books and indoor games for less clement weather as well as outdoor games including a boules pitch planned for this summer. 2 ladies shopper bikes are also available for guests free of charge. A reasonable daily or weekly rate is charged for the hire of 2 all terrrain bikes. The gites are set in a large garden with plenty of grassed area for sunbathing as well as a large field for badminton and general games. Outside each gite there is a paved patio area separated by trellis fencing for privacy with a BBQ and a wooden picnic table with parasol. The property is not totally enclosed, therefore young children would need to be supervised

How to get here: Leaving St Malo, take the Tout Directions route, then the N137 for Rennes. Approaching Rennes you will then need to take the circular road (Rocade) sign posted to Lorient. Nantes, and Le Mans. Do not follow the 'Centre ville' road. Continue on the circular until junction 6 - direction Nantes. Take this exit (N137 – E3). Stay on the N137, passing Bain-de-Bretagne, Grand Fougeray and then take the exit for Derval (D537). At Derval take the D775 signposted to Guemene Penfao and Redon.
Approaching Guemene Penfao, you will drive down a steep winding hill and after passing a garage on the right and Creperie on the left reach a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit, you will drive over a bridge (river Don) and immediately on the other side you will see a sign post on the left for Vally du Don, Juzet etc., take that turn. A little way along there will be a small road on the right with Lottisment de Gascaigne, go past and take the next available right turn (it's just after a bend) this is a very small turning with a sign - etang de Gascaigne on the left. Follow the road and you will pass a nice barn conversion on the left, a farm complex on the right, another dwelling on the left with a large porta bin outside. You will see a drive virtually opposite it on the right - this is not mine. Carry on a little bit further round the bend past a fence made of wheels on the right and then it's the Les Quatre Cles drive.
