Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Comfortably furnished villa (120 m²) on the edge of a bastide-village of Le Fleix, Dordogne on the famous Route des Vins, between Bergerac and St Emilion.
Set in over 5000 m² of grounds, at 300 m of the river Dordogne.
In Le Fleix , you will find a supermarket, café/tabac, a restaurant, garages and gas station, a bakery, butcher, a doctor and a pharmacy. Wine tasting and buying available at Le Fleix wine cooperative close by.
Close to Golf course Les Vigiers, medieval villages, castles, leisure parks, water sports, walking, tennis, fishing, riding, wine tasting and the famous Dordogne gastronomy.
