Huge master double bedroom, fitted wardrobes, en-suite large bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Twin with built in wardrobes and dressing table. second, smaller twin bedroom. 1 bathroom with shower.
Excellent well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Covered outside eating area and portable barbecue.
Wind and solar power backed up by automatic quiet-running diesel-powered generator in separate building. Private borehole and water storage tanks. Gas bottle store for supply the house.

How to get here: This villa is superb renovate monte/farmhouse in remote, idyllic country about 10Kms above Odemira and shops, and 25kms from the beach. Access by rather uneven road but more than worth it! Splendid open views all round. Peace and tranquility is only interrupted by the sound of birds and goat bells. This is a good choice for those wanting to escape the crowds and enjoy walking, scenery and peace and quiet.
