Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: A lovely home, c.1917, in a quiet and peaceful area amongst trees and gardens where guests self-cater in the 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment is very spacious, with a bright, welcoming atmosphere. It contains comfortable, attractive bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 twin overlooking the garden and in-ground pool. Special extras for stays of 3 days or more: complimentary breakfast on the first morning; bottle of Australian wine and welcome morning/afternoon tea. The apartment for self-cater comfortably accommodates one party of up to four people. An additional bedroom can be added so there is the possibility of accommodating an extra two people by arrangement. Well behaved children are welcome. There is a spacious lounge/dining room plus a sunny eat-in kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, electric frypan, jug, toaster, refrigerator, saucepans, all utensils. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower recess, toilet and vanity unit. The owners live on the ground floor. Guests are assured of complete privacy as we only take one booking at a time. There is easy and convenient travel by direct train to the Sydney CBD, Harbour Bridge, Opera House.
