Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Situated in Magagnosc, close to Grasse, Cannes, Tourrettes sur Loup, St Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne and only 30 minutes from Nice Airport, this recently renovated Villa offers superb Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a quiet area with stunning views. The house has been tastefully restored to a high standard
The interior design is a simple provencal look and in perfect harmony with the features of this lovely home.
Accommodation comprises of four double rooms with private en-suite facilities each with their own independent entrances
All of the rooms have been finished to a high standard and including heating for the winter and an electric fan for the summer .
There is a large swimming pool for guests use and lovely secluded gardens to enjoy.
La Surprise is in a quiet area but has all of the local attractions nearby.
There is so much to see locally - from the perfume houses in Grasse, the chic shopping in Cannes or the lovely hill top villages of Mougins, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and Tourrettes sur Loup. Great places to wander and enjoy the narrow streets and have a leisurely lunch or dinner

Cannes – Chic shopping, sandy beaches and lovely restaurants. And you may even see the odd celebrity!
Mougins – Very pretty hill top village with lovely restaurants, antique shops and artists. Great views and lots of local craft shops to buy that special present to take home
