Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Set on mountainside of the Sierra Bernia in the 5* Melia resort of Altea hills, price includes use of hotel leisure facilities (some payable) in hotel complex. The villa stands detached in a large corner plot with spectacular views of both the sea and Sierra Bernia Mountains. Accommodation is set over 2 levels and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with satellite TV, dvd/cd player, video, and open log burning fire, conservatory with furniture, 1 downstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed, and trouser press, upstairs has 1 further bedroom, again king bed, 1 twin room with shared bathroom, guest toilet to hallway. Separate to this is a further bedroom with king size bed, which is self contained with shower room and separate from the main house. Outside is large terraced area, private pool and Jacuzzi hot tub, all with sun canopies, barbeque. Altea hills resort is situated on the hillside of Altea, about 2km from the charming old village centre, it is easily accessed from the Altea turn off on the main A7 road from Alicante airport. The Valencia region is lush and abundant with olive, lemon, orange groves, it is approx. 20min from the night life of Benidorm, the huge water park of Aqualandia, and Terra Mitica theme park with rides from around the world! Altea has long been recognised as the home for many from the world of the arts...
A welcome pack is available for all guest bookings upon arrival, kitchen also has iron and board, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and juicer. The owner is personally on hand to deal and assist with your holiday stay, and can arrange car hire, personal airport collection, maid cleaning and baby-sitting services as required. They will also advise on local restaurants and places of interest to visit. Lounge comes equipped with dvd and video player in addition to sky satellite tv, and a selection of dvds and videos are provided.
The villa has been decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard, leaving the user wanting for nothing, the private pool is accompanied by the very best hydro massage spa which may be heated at your touch for those long romantic Spanish nights with your favourite tipple under the stars, it is also excellent for those who suffer from joint pain or lead a stressful lifestyle!!
