Summary:Villa Matcar is a tastefully furnished & decorated single storey villa with sea views. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned & heated. The Family room has a safe. The well-equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, automatic washer, iron and ironing board.The lounge/diner has a feature marble fireplace with log burning stove. Free standing variable speed fans. It is well furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, 28" TV, Video, DVD player with a selection of over 50 films, Stereo Radio/CD player & Sky TV. Large French Doors lead from the lounge to a covered patio area. The patio has dining table and chairs and table tennis table. The covered patio area leads on to well tended gardens and then onto a large rectangular filtered pool surrounded by extensive sun terraces, fresh water shower and W.C. There is a covered barbecue area overlooking the pool with dining table chairs and fridge. The villa is located within walking distance of Guia village where there are highly recommended restaurants and bars. There are also numerous local shops offering a wide variety of locally produced goods. There is also a well-stocked supermarket. Sir Cliff Richard's Villa and Vineyards are adjacent to the villa. There are regular guided tours around the Vida Nova vineyards and wine cellarsThe villa is approximately ¼ mile from the main N125 motorway, which services the whole of the Algarve. The villa is surrounded by beautiful open countryside with spectacular views and is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of beaches, entertainment and sport. The Algarve shopping centre is approximately ¼ mile away. The centre has Multi Screen Cinema (showing latest International Films), Bowling Alley, 32 restaurants and bars and numerous fashion, electrical, perfume, sport, etc shops. The Algarve's most popular resort of Albufeira is 2 miles away.
