Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: WELCOME TO Casa Patricia, our delightful two bedroomed bungalow, quietly situated on the golf complex. Fully equipped for 6 persons (we would only recommend 4 adults for maximum comfort, although this is only our opinion). Only 7 Km from the airport.
Comprising of a superb fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, full cooker, hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine plus a full compliment of crockery, glasses etc to cater for all dining occasions. An Iron and ironing board, toaster & sandwich toaster are provided along with parasol, flask and cool box for beach use.
The lounge/dining room with a sofa and comfy double sofa bed, dining table and six chairs etc, TV, ITV BBC etc DVD, a play station for the children complete with games, (or you grown up children) books and a selection of board games etc. with double patio doors leading out to the tiled terrace.
Two bedrooms, one double with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers and ceiling fan. One twin bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobes, drawers and ceiling fan. Hairdryers are provided in each room. A safe is also provided for your convenience.
Fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower, bidet etc.
There is a travel cot with linen, high chair and an avent microwave sterilizer for any visiting infants.
All bed linen and bath towels will be provided; we just request that you bring your own beach/swimming towels.
A first aid kit is provided for emergency use only and does not contain general medications.
Outside there is a large sunny patio area, a shaded terrace area, parasol, table, chairs, sun loungers with cushions, attractive generous gardens, large stone“Barby” and car parking, all enclosed to ensure the safety of small children.
The pretty "heated"communal pool is only metres away.
THE BUNGALOW IS NON SMOKING, you are welcome to smoke outside only.

How to get here: Depart Airport, when reaching the main road head south – signposted Morro Jable (Jandia).
You will bypass a village on the right called El Mattoral, go straight over the two roundabouts –
You will then come to another roundabout with a filling station on the left – go straight over this one
you will then come to another roundabout signposted Nueve Horizonte, go straight over that roundabout until you come to Caleta,
go straight over the roundabout here, you will then come to another roundabout with the Atlantico Centre on the left (by this time you will have seen the Golf Complex on your right and a McDonalds and Petrol Station in front of you) At this roundabout turn sharp right into the Golf Complex and follow the road around the perimeter past the Sales Centre (it seems like your going back on yourself) you will then come to another small roundabout. Go straight over then take the 1st right turn (Los Arcos) and we are situated on the right – Happy Holiday!!
It seems all roundabouts, but it is very easy to find and there are no traffic lights!! I may have even missed a few roundabouts out, just remember keep going straight!!!
