Master bedroom – (sleeps 2 to 3) 1 x King size bed and 1 x bed-settee - with en suite (bath with shower, toilet, bidet & basin).

Large ground floor lounge (seating for 10) with log burning fire and ground floor central heating.

Summary:
This is a tastefully furnished & decorated two storey villa with sea, mountain and countryside views set in a quiet area of Guia, Albufeira. The villa is unique in that it can be used as a single large 4 bedroomed villa or both floors can be used as self-contained apartments. Ideal for a second family, grandparents, or teenage children.
The ground floor consists of entrance hall with access to ground floor and also stairs leading to the 1st floor accommodation. Large well equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, door leading to patio area at rear. Large dinning room with patio doors leading to covered veranda. The dining room has Internet access via wireless LAN, a computer (Windows 98) and broadband internet access with voice over IP telephone facility (FREE PHONE CALLS TO UK LANDLINES). The dining room also has a landline telephone for incoming call. Sliding glazed doors leading to large lounge. The lounge has two sets of patio doors, 1 leading to the veranda the other leading to the pool area. Seating for 10, satellite TV, audio and video systems. Log burning fire.
Inner hallway leads to the Master bedroom with en suite facilities, Family bedrooms and the house bathroom.
The first floor accommodation is accessed via a staircase from the main entrance. The stairs lead to a hallway with access to a large sun terrace with patio set, leading on from the hall there is a further house bathroom and two bedrooms. (1 of which is a large lounge/bedroom), this room has patio doors onto the large sun terrace and is furnished as a second lounge with seating, its own TV, Video and audio systems and sleeps 2 to 4. The second bedroom on this floor sleeps 3. Also off the hall there is a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and chairs. Please note this floor can be either self contained or used as part of the main villa.
Please Note the villa has central heating to the ground floor and freestanding electric radiators to the first floor for winter rentals.
The pool area is equipped with sun beds, patio sets and has built in BBQ and pizza oven. There is also a freshwater pool shower.
Ceiling fans and or free standing fans to all living rooms and bedroom.
Villa Miradouro is situated in a quiet area and is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of Guia village, beaches and entertainment.
Within the village (350metres) you will find most of the services you may need, including many good restaurants – some of which serve the famous Chicken Piri Piri.
Services include: bank, cash point, chemist, medical centre, dentist, hairdresser, bakery, café, 2 supermarkets, butcher, market, post office, wine merchants.
The village of Guia is only 7 Km from Albufeira (approx 7 Euros by taxi) and 6Km from some of the best beaches – Praia da Gale, Salgados and many others. The main road, EN125, passes by the edge of the village and gives easy access to Portimao (28Km), Faro (32Km), Salgados Golf (7Km) and Vilamoura golf courses (15Km). The main road to Lisbon is just 15Km east down the EN125.
The zoomarina is just 1 Km on the way to Portimao. 1Km in the direction of Faro you will find the Algarve Shopping Centre with a hypermarket, shops, restaurants (including MacDonald’s/Kentucky etc.), cinemas and a bowling alley.
During August there is a Chicken Festival and a Religious Festival. There is also a monthly market and an annual fair in October.
SIR CLIFF RICHARD’S Villa and vineyards (Vida Nova) is a two minute walk from the villa. There are regular guided tours around the Vida Nova vineyards and wine cellars where you can sample SIR CLIFF’S wine
