Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Le Clos de Pommard - This 17th century Coaching Inn, has been recently and beautifully restored to provide modern and convenient living spaces, whilst retaining all the character and charm of its origin - oak beams, Burgundy stone, wrought iron balconies.
Nestled among some of the worlds finest vineyards in the pretty village of Pommard, this unique property now offers luxury accommodation to the discerning traveller throughout the year. Situated around an enclosed courtyard with secure parking and views to the Chateau de Pommard, our rental properties are tastefully furnished to provide every comfort and convenience for your stay. The village boulangerie, epicerie, café and restaurant also offer visitors a warm welcome.
Pommard, one of the most famous wine villages, is a name respected by connoisseurs the world over. It is easily recognised by the square bell tower of its 18th century church. On the hills surrounding the village, vineyards dominate the landscape and wine lovers will enjoy visiting the local Domaines as well as the Burgundy wine capital, Beaune, only 5 minutes away.

The large modern well equipped kitchen gives ample space for preparing and cooking. You’ll find a Multifunction Oven/Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, Washing machine/dryer, Microwave, and small breakfast table and 4 chairs which doubles as courtyard furniture. Plus all the usual equipment one would expect to find.
The long, light and airy living/dining area, with beams and burgundy stone floors allow convivial eating and relaxing as a family. Equipped with TV, DVD player, CD Player, telephone, Wifi Internet access, comfy sofas and dining table for 6.
On the first floor is 1 large double bedroom with ensuite state of the art bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, twin sinks and WC. Built in wardrobes give plenty of space for all your belongings

2nd Double bedroom is at the opposite end of the cottage, separated form the main bedroom by shower room with shower, sink and WC.
An Oak spiral staircase leads to 2nd floor and the 3rd bedroom with one single bed.
There is also a Mezzanine sitting/reading area and a loft space cupboard
