Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: One hour from Toulouse and airport. Located in rural setting on the borders of region of Gascony with almost deserted roads and open rolling countryside. Interesting medieval towns to explore: Albi, Toulouse, Auch, Lot Valley, Moissac, Montauban, Carcassonne, Gaillac

Very comfortable restored barn with pool offers quality accommodation for a maximum of 6 people on two floors. Ideal for a family or two couples travelling together. Downstairs: fully equipped fitted kitchen, bright and spacious living and dining area with doors leading on to large semi-shaded terrace with sun loungers and BBQ. Private garden. Attractive hexagonal wood swimming pool (25 x 22 ft) with security alarm and adjoining sun terrace. Pool fenced off from garden.

Upstairs: 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower and WC, large twin room, fun bunk bedroom, addiitonal full bathroom with WC.

Games, books, TV, video, internet connection, BBC satellite channels, ping pong, table football all available plus tourist info and maps. Owners nearby to help if required.

Available for winter lets: cosy and warm with electric radiators and wood burning stove in traditional fireplace.
