Full Description of Holiday Rental Property: Casa Contenta is a modern beautifully furnished attractive holiday villa in the stylish, spacious and popular Alegranza complex.The villa is fully fitted with everything you may need for a relaxing holiday and is furnished to a very high stndard.
The large lounge area has two comfortable settees, coffe tables and side lamps. A TV and DVD/CD player are provided along with a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games.
Double French doors open onto the large south facing terrace and patio which is provided with a table and chairs, BBQ and sunbeds and offers an ideal setting for dining and relaxing.
The large modern kitchen area is fitted with a full size ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, and of course a full range of crockery, glasses and kitchen implements.
There are two full size bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, double fitted wardrobes and a security safe. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and wooden window shutters to keep the light out so that you can enjoy that holiday lie-in. A travel cot and high chair are also provided for your convenience.
The large family bathroom is fitted with a full size bath, shower, bidet, toilet and twin wash basins. A secure and private drying area (solana) ia accessed from the bathroom.
There are several communal pools on the Alegranza complex, the nearest of which is opposite the villa. The pool areas have toilets and changing facilities and are fully tiled. There are numerous sunbeds available for your use and the pools and surrounding areas are immaculately maintained.
A small supermarket is only a short walk away and offers all your daily needs and freshly baked bread and pastries on a daily basis.
The villa is only a five minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca with its shops, restaurants, beaches and night life.
